In today’s difficult macroeconomic conditions, reflected in the downtrend that has seen the total crypto market cap decline more than 66% from its all time high registered in November 2021, the adoption of blockchain-related technologies has nevertheless experienced exponential growth from both institutions and retail investors.

More than 300 million people currently own at least one cryptocurrency, with about 18,000 retailers worldwide accepting them as payment methods.
