Phase 0: Identify our Personas

The persona is that customer that, if you won, you would get everybody else in its network.

In a space where networks and communities are the stepping stones to success, our ability to understand who these personas are, what they struggle with and how to engage with them is a needed prerequisite.

We can’t stress how much we believe in the importance of building a strong connection with our personas: we want them to be the first members of our community, the foundations of our project and we will keep them always at the very core of SiteManager’s future plans.
